If your like I was and this is your first Harley. It’s not brand new. You probably want to make all kinds of custom changes. I ran to my local Harley Davidson dealer for everything.
With my second Harley a custom Dyna almost everything that could be ended up chrome. A shovel head at the time. Engine ended up at 84 ci. with Keith Black pitons and rings. New charging system. Programmable electronic ignition. Looked great and ran very strong.
Not one part purchased from a Harley Davidson dealer. No one could tell. Using a custom parts dealer probably save me about $3000.00. There are lots of custom dealers and builders which can be found on the net.
